Our Methodology:

100% handcrafted, each batch of our products are hand crafted in our certified organic production facility to insure quality and incredibly rich, vibrant flavors. After hand chopping each clove of garlic, the garlic is then flash processed in organic extra virgin olive utilizing a process specially approved by the state of California to insure quality. The result is crunchy, mild garlic--Garlic Gold® Nuggets--and subtly infused, incredibly rich organic extra virgin olive oil--Garlic Gold® Oil--that will delight your taste buds.  The combination of the two, the product that started it all, is Garlic Gold®, The Gourmet Garlic Experience®.  Our newest items, Garlic Gold® Vinaigrettes feature Garlic Gold® Oil blended with incredible herbs seasonings and flavors, including Organic Meyer Lemon juice that comes directly from our 12.5 acre ranch in Ojai, CA.
